Can't be bothered trawling back through the posts but what was the share price the last time they wanted to give this bloke the free loan? I seem to recall it was higher than now and there has been further dilution since then, and they have significantly less cash(paying with shares for services rendered).
If he has any confidence in the company and the product he would surely invest his own money, or perhaps he is as broke as the company? Get some b....y runs on the board and then you will get the pat on the back, not before.
