Maybe the case wasn't clear cut and if the COA did rule then they would set a precident for future cases.
If Ryan saw this coming then he is a very clever man. A few weeks ago I posted that I believed that Axiom should be conserving capital in regards to the development of the mine and be spending their money on their other leases.
Now it looks like Axioms decision to keep developing the mine before the COA ruled on the case has only strengthened the relationship between Axiom and the land owners.
