Ok dont shoot the messanger but this is what i got....
Court was full and it was a open court, when asked did the appeal get thrown out....the answer was yes.....
Asked so we won.....the answer was not really....
Seems it is a line ball decison with the courts asking both parties to reapply (which i believe axiom did instantly) and that the court's will respect the decison of the landowners...
Working on confirmation.....very difficult as axiom and landowners locked down atm....
Can anyone add/verify or deny the above? Depth indicates the above i guess....
