Just re-reading the latest announcement and noticed something.

Chief Executive Officer of Althea, Mr Joshua Fegan, said: “We are extremely pleased with the results to date, given that over 70% of all products dispensed were provided to patients within the last 3.5 months". 

Assuming we can safely rule out a completely extraordinary first half-month (that made last quarterly), I think we're in for an interesting quarterly report that accounts for the better part of that remaining 70%.
 
Additionally, we already know from the announcement a while back, that Althea already has the stock-on-hand to sell through to almost the next quarter again.
