THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. The first and fifth respondents have leave to inspect the documents produced by:

(a) Lachlan McArthur;

(b) Clint Bradshaw;

(c) Nicholas Harding (save for the document in respect of which he asserts legal professional privilege on his own behalf); and

(d) Janet Harding.

2. The parties have leave to uplift, inspect and copy the documents produced by Jumbuck Entertainment Limited in respect of which no claim for privilege is made, such documents to be returned to the Court within 1 day of uplift.

3. The parties have leave to uplift, inspect and copy the documents produced by Destra Corporation Ltd in respect of which no claim for privilege is made, such documents to be returned to the Court within 1 day of uplift.

4. The parties have leave to uplift, inspect and copy the documents produced by Sook M (Cynthia) Chan, such documents to be returned to the Court within 1 day of uplift.

5. The return of the subpoenas returnable today otherwise be stood over for hearing by a judge at 4 pm today.
