Holding a round number is nice, but you can still have a long term commitment and be prepared to use say 25% to trade the fluctuations.
POO in itself is destined to fluctuate widely, even if NDO progress was linear (which it will never be), so we should expect to see some wide fluctuations in NDO along the long term way up.
If you are following a good stock closley you should leverage the knowledge by trading at least some.
