I dont know how you can say that THEY HAD TO MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMNT TODAY. If there was no announcement things would be just the same as they have for the last few weeks. We have'nt even started drilling yet or little own a drilling scheduale, once news comes through of this there will be a big price rise.
