The Question remains :-
Why did BTV need the Money at this Time ?
IF the answer is, for example, related the a possible purchase of Equipment for Defelector ; then Good for both BTV and THR.
Shareholders of THR and BTV deserve some Respect.
(I hold Shares in both THR and BTV).
