If there is no JV with Anglo/ARM ( which i do not believe will happen)there will be no farm swap.
Anglo will want the H farm as the "prize" for no more legal action. The M farm will be offered for use only and not transferred from Anglo as they hold the ace of spades.
The net outcome is.... NKP has 100% of Garatau and can seek partners at will.
Better than further delays and threat of litigation. Correct?
