I'm not sure there is someone slowly dumping.

Looking at the trading patterns over the last couple of weeks (months), almost all trades that had any sort of volume (i.e. over 5K) hit the ask queue. Then the price would be taken back down to the bid price with a trade of <100 shares. The rational side of me thinks that you wouldn't do that if you were trying to sell your shares for the best price. But you would do it if you were trying to buy.

That said, I'm not sure if you can apply simple rationality to the market. Too many games.
