1 - Right now proceesing plant in operation, no debt and generating cash.

How much is the processing plant worth today ???? The paper trail alone is 10 years plus of an expensive consenting process, its done!

2 - Top class CEO. Would he want to be the CEO of a lemon???

3 - $259 million dollars in losses carried forward. Does that mean if they make a $259 million dollar profit, no TAX ????

4 - $17.6 million franking credits to offest dividend tax ????

5 - Drive in drive out, no need for expensive accomadation and on going costs. e.g air travel.
