You will have to start with sending them a notice that you requisition them to call an EGM, not waiting for the right time to come.
IMHO, it won't get you anywhere if you are to wait for the SoA meeting. Unless I am wrong, you will be ruled out of order, and their Lawyers will make sure of that.

You can mark my words on that if you wish. And hopefully, you will then tell me if I was right or wrong at some stage or another.
