Clearly whacko, he claims he's a trader not an investor then confuses the two in his own byline, since when have traders looked at the fundamentals or shown an interest in value.
Not a good start, if you can't get the basics right why would anyone listen to you. Oh that's right, almost everyone has him on ignore and isn't listening to him!
