    Baro, my take is institutions are re-adjusting their portfolio's to sectors that were hammered last year. All the stocks that did exceptionally well last year are struggling. At the end of the day, once earnings are met by BAL, they will see value. Even BKL, going ex-dividend tomorrow is down. I'll be looking at accumulating more.
