Depends what level of validation you need.
Cloudflare provides SSL as part of their reverse proxy, managed by cloudflare.
AWS provides certificates for free through the AWS Certificate Manager. AWS handle renewals for you, for free.
Let's Encrypt gives out free certificates, and with certbot, they auto renew so you never have to think about it again.
If you actually need proper extended verification, those certificates can cost a lot.
