Warnie,what was their original asking price?Also, a lot of the argument on here lately is ''Will property be a good investment if you buy now''.
That's the thing,will you make the same profit in the next few years,as you've made in the past?
Warnie,I'm not sure there's too many properties of that value in Marion.Would have to be pretty deluxe,as it's not exactly a blue ribbon suburb.You can do better with your money a lot closer to town than that.
