bingy was correct..i was responding to rediculous claim by warnie's of 26 % price growth in march quarter for melbourne !
much as it is rediculous, this 'victorious' sale where he claims that house was sold without discounts and then, few posts down, he claims that the median for that suburb is more than what his friends got!
so they sold below median ? ? ?
but somehow, it STILL wasnt DISCOUNTED ?

anyway,back to tcisboss...don't know what is going on, but it seems that grahod wants to have nothing to do with you and it seems that baddabingy (after 8 posts) thinks that you are an idiot (didnt read it but gather that from your reply)??? he he he he he !
