    There are two scenarios where you fully pay out your debts - you are that liquid you can as it is spare change or you have no idea how to run a company.

    Centro will relieve some of its debt liability through the sale of property and with reduced debt on top of high revenue assets will either get another exension or another lender. Debt is good and a sign of confidence in business,if managed well. It can be argued they didn't manage it well a few months back but the numbers are now in the hands of a bloke who knows what works.
