    they do NOT need to repay 3B in debt.
    what the banks have indicated is they need to reduce their
    gearing down to a more acceptable level, and then the
    banks will refinance their debt.
    they themselves do not need to repay all their debts.
    noone is expecting them to have gearing level of zero !
