zzedzz I am trying to do the numbers, so there is no need to get worked up. If you ask why I am waiting till after I own CNP shares? Because I believed that short term this was a sure thing. Now I am considering the long term.
You quote 8bn in assets. Could you please tell me where you got that number from?
Page 9 of the Centro FY08 Half Results quote 24.9bn in "Managed Property Portfolio Overview." and then further on Page 10 and 14 they quote the US and Aust "Total Portfolio Value" of 13.6bn and 9.5bn respectively. I took this to mean assets but the wording is rather vague, so maybe I didn't understand.
But then please explain, if they have only 8 billion in assets what did they spend the 17.560 bn on?
