Left a message this morning with the company for someone to call me back regarding a shareholder enquiry.
Gregory Seeto just contacted me and has confirmed the following:
1) There will be NO rights issue or captial raising. The company will only go down the path of take over as mentioned in its latest announcement. Any rumours or forums suggesting otherwise can be safely ignored.
2) Cathay has made it very clear they are keen on taking up the offer of 35-40cents but due to other competing offers currently doing their due diligence also, Cathay is ready to compete against any offers raised. Again please refer to the announcements for further information on deadlines for offers to be made.
