"Important ad the ability to put large molecule drugs through the skin."

I have a question when I spoke to Glenn the other day he said the patch was only able to deliver Small molecule drugs through it such as pain relief. It was unable to deliver Insulin for example.

Please don't take this as a criticism or anything else, It is not intended that way. I didn't mention it the other day as I thought I may have missed something and I don't know what small molecule drugs are besides pain relief.
