Just spoke to Jane Flegg 10 minutes ago in Perth. She told me there are 3 major agreements being signded off as we spoke.
1 for the thermal coal off takes with 2 major european entities, the rail agreement and a payback coal loan. She said it was the biggest Junior Coal deal ever to have taken place in South Africa. The CCC director in charge is on his way home at present and untill all entities are signed off there wont be any lift of the suspension. She DID say that it will be more than likely WEDNESDAY 24th before we all know the out come. But it is avery big one.
