Many thanks for the contact details but I have been calling CCC. I am a shareholder and I feel there is more of an obligation for them to keep me informed.

They have had nearly three weeks to do the deal, and while I understand it is a very significant deal, my concern is that they seemed to have been surprised at how long it is taking to do the deal.

If CCC came out in their suspension notice or if they were subsequently able to inform shareholders that the suspension would be in place for x umber of days/weeks, they would have achieved two things; i) we would know how long the suspension would be in place for; and ii) I would be confident they were totally on top of things.

As things currently stand, I have no idea when the suspension will be lifted, and the company seems to be getting annoyed with the shareholder inquiries.
