Forgot to mention that I asked about the potential liability detailed in the Annual Report for Virgin Orbit if SAS fails to use them for launches. Looked like a similar potential problem to the costs associated with not fulfilling the GOMspace contract. Meir said it was nothing like the GOMspace issue. There is no potential liability associated with Virgin Orbit. Costs detailed in the Annual Report were just there as potential future launch costs due to accounting rules requirements. Not an issue Nothing to sort out legally with VO. They may still use them for launches.
