Hasn't managed the business well? He's kept the company in suspension for almost 12 months, drawing money while shareholders have been trapped. Where are the 2 Aus directors? He's kept shareholders in the dark on many important matters. He's changed the entire business model mid cap raise. One could mount an argument the company breached continuous disclosure rules with the 'Diamonds generate first revenue' announcement (or rather lack of subsequent announcement advising that was incorrect). He's overseen a company who has blown $60 million with nothing to show for it other than 3 Diamonds which have been so successful we are yet to see any material contracts come from them. Now he's rattling the can to mum & dad investors, tailoring the latest attempted raise to target those retail holders desperate enough to try and buy themselves out of trouble. The only thing worse than their actions over the last 2-3 years is the fact they have been able to go about it completely unchecked by the organisations who are supposed to be protecting Australian investors.
