Talk to your your broker. you might be able to do an off market transfer to a family member. If you can, then talk to your accountant about it. However, it is now November, tax year ends in June, you have 6 full month's for SAS to relist. Yet if every thing goes to plan with this CR then they should relist this year, so long as they still have their directors. So i wouldn't do all this running around just yet.
