I am one of those who believe that Savanna could singly handedly S crew this company. The resource upgrade was good but the longer this cloud is in the air the less viable this project is becoming, mainly because money will need to be raised for the CAPEX and what bank is going to do it when theres a chance (however small it might be) that BMN dont even own the licence. Court cases could go on for years and I think thats what people are scared of. The fear is exaggerated due to the current market conditions.
