I would have thought a 5th 'big player' could do their due diligence while other offers have been tabled no problem.

SDL may already have a solid offer(s), but will conclude talks and provide a decision once all parties have completed their process.

I understand where you're coming from but I don't think SDL would be accommodating the 5th player at the expense of other parties.

Of course I could be utterly wrong...and I'm definitely speculating!
