Hi Fellow APG holders.Have just got off the phone from having a chat with Mike Turbott,I just could not get my head around the arrangement with Multiserv,here is what he said.
1)Multiserv will not have any rights over any plants that APG will build in Australia.The Newcastle plant will be in production by the end of this month.He said that Australia only had need for three plants one in Newcastle, One in Port Kembla & one in Victoria .If these are built MultiServ will have no part of them .
2)In the event that MultiServ likes the intellectal property,Any plants built by them would be 50% owned by APG
3) He said that their technology is unique as is indicated by BHP involvment & that they are not about to let their shareholders down .All in all a hella'v nice down to earth guy.He gives a good run down on his boardroom radio address
