    Just got offthe phone,both parties will be appearing in court(anyone going along is obliged to take rotten fruit and veges to chuck at Calcifer:) It will only be a short appearance as it WILL NOT be going to a full trial.YEEHAA!!!!!Not telling anyone what to do but dont bombard the court as presumably thats all everyone needs to know at this stage before an official ann
