Hi All.
I have just spoken to Giulio after he got out from a meeting. Pamela asked me to call back on January 5th, but I insisted in speaking to someone.
The shares were issued instead of Cash, it was for Senior Management (not Giulio he made a point of). It was for getting Off-Take Agreement, Congo Convention, EPC and so on. Issued every year but shares this year because of conserving cash.
