What NBerardis said was the "SP would fall around 20c" - not go to .20c. If the deal falls over next week then the SP will easily retrace to arround .45c and stay there for an extended period, regardless of proven resourse. That is about .20c below the .66c SP when the comment was posted! This is not new - this risk of Ding backing out has only grown the last month.
