    Company now looking to secure debt finance it seems.

    Assuming this story is reliable, do you think it’s reasonable to assume the company obtained the confirmation needed to rule out a T/O in the foreseeable future?

    Would it be securing finance if a JV were on the cards?

    Is it too optimistic to hope the company itself planted this story in an attempt to smoke out an offer?
