Or could it just be perhaps that "the market" is still somehow expecting PCL to do a CR - that has not yet come about...?? Just purely speculating here, of course. Would be prudent to raise funds ahead of a potential duster here. JIMHO, of course. And NOT that I do hope for a duster, by the way!!
