Chinguetti and Tiof (not to mention Banda and Tevet) are just the beginning of what will become one of the worlds major oil provinces. It has and will continue to be very volatile and very difficult to trade. I have been accumulating since I heard the enthusiasm of Woodside geos who could hardly contain their excitement back in 2000 when price was 18 cents. By 2001 just about everyone remotely associated with WPL (including the tea ladies) had a stake in Hardman.
Like sailorgirl I will be holding until at least $5 before even considering selling any off.
