You are reading the points too critically, all of the 4 points are linked in one way or another; they are not independent..

I will offer the benefit to hear your scenario that does not include one of the 4.

This would then provide the debate based on facts or potentially real scenarios.

Also eagerly anticipating a response from PLindtner...

My concern stems from the perspective that new members (or even old ones) will invest in ARU because of an 'expected, takeover. They should invest because they have done their homework and like the story... not some unlikely scenario imo. I guess possible is the word not probable.
