A lot of scenarios and constellations can be thought; for protecting and developing the company the possibility of a take over needs to be considered.

For monitoring this in a score card you just need to take a periodic look at the development of the top 20 shareholders. The current report can be thrown into the wastebasket. It is not worth to be presented on the ARU homepage; the only thing you can read from it is if Norm or other longterm shareholders sold some shares or not.

If ARU management until now does not have a real top twenty shareholder list I strongly recommend to produce it ASAP.

I almost can not believe it - but if until now no measures have been taken for generating an adequate list for me it would be more than obvious: a financial advisor/consultant would be needed immediately.
