This should indeed offer potential of a better distrib rate.But more than happy just to hold current 1 with an upward rating of NTA as U say then watch the share price rise.
Because as was pointed out to me B4 last years results were posted in the negative due to -NTA values if we get the 2% increase as per Challengers REIT this would have to also be deemed as a BIG step in the right direction Me Feels especially as the market is suppose to be forward planning meaning in my books they would have to factor in a higher NTA than 2%.
