JPS cannot see what miller did he didn't get $13 they got thanks to the board and all supportive shareholders $10.
Miller has not come out with anything as to what he will do with IAU other than to remove the board and put his people in (check em out). This leaves the company and the shareholders at his mercy can you vote for that ?
Note that the share price has been controlled at 12 cents - 12.5 cents since the funds sold out from the merger , wonder who is doing that ?
IAU has a mining license if miller does nothing (highly lightly and we do not know any different) until the copper price is viable ( 2 years ?) for him to sell the project on , the government could rescind the license due to inactivity .
Shareholders would be left with nothing !
