The comment that "The Board are not shareholders" doesn't seem to be correct. My research indicates that all current directors do own shares in IAU of varying amounts so they do have some skin in the game at least.
My simple question would be is it appropriate for a 15% shareholder to attempt to control the Board and therefore the company in effect without paying any control premium?
