Current management had nothing to do with brown coal, they are only responsible for the MStar gold projects, I am the guy responsible for everything else and I take it on the chin.

But, both the old MCO shareholders and the CTL shareholders both should feel violated and in my mind the AUL holders partially due to that 100:1 Consol which should have been 10:1.

That all said, assuming this acquisition is completed then the new AUL should have a great chance at success given the combined assets and the gold price.
