That was correct after the first DOCA however Gandel started legal action as the administrator did not accept his right to security over the assets and he was only to receive about 10 cents in the dollar. Now that he is receiving more there is nothing left for shareholders. Vertigo is right on that point that only CTL creditors are to receive shares in AUL.
