The judge has taken months to deliver his decision.
If it were clear cut against CHM we would have had his decision as CHM does not have the money to appeal and I doubt whether the litigation funder would stomp up more funds---the result his decision will never get questioned.
However if he finds against MMX I think he will be writing a book to justify his decision, because the higher the compensation the more screaming from MMX and likely appeal--as MMX will have no choice--.An appeal will question the judges decision so I think he is writing his book to justify this decision
The longer this goes the better for CHM, just wait and see. The amount of money is probably more the question.
If this is not the case, why so long!!!!!!!!!!
