Hi all,
I hold CFE but aren't familiar with the CHM story. I can find quite a bit on the court case but the quarterlies are very light on with regard to CHM's othere assets. Sage isn't in the habit of investing in lemons, so I'm hoping there's more to the story than an all or nothing situation. Can anyone give me the heads up or a link in that regard? I went back through the threads for a bit, although these are mostly to do with the case as well. BTW, I wouldn't have a clue as to the chances of success. On the face of it, it does seem a long shot but stranger things have happened I guess. From what I've read the court case has certainly polarised opinion.
