that's just the problem, its great for them but not for chm shareholders yet again. this company always does things great for its directors and thier mates and i've never seen a company that dilutes its shareholders so much. if chm win then all the oppies to directors and all the new oppies to sage and co come into play. just how many pieces will this pie be divided into? i agree sage and co can't loose but everyone else can. for the record i support mmx but think chm will win the case. i don't believe that the pay out will be anything like what the chm dreamers believe it will be though.
