All Quite logical if you think about it properly.......Judge waiting for plenty of time to lapse from the end of court proceedings....waiting for super and over excited chm shareholders and stakeholders to get used to the idea of slowly sliding share price and no action...and then as all the heat and excitement as passed he will deliver the fatal verdict that chm is due a few million in compo for a misused $257,000....probably around $6 mill......MMX and their holders will breathe a sigh that thank god its all over, pay up and move on...Chm for their part can say..oh well we were vindicated and 6 mill is a good result when added to the other settlement we got...MMX relatively happy...Chm management relatively happy...Judge happy as no appealing and therefore questioning of his decision......
