as an existing shareholder, i donot believe that these recent actions are in the best interests of the company... from an existing shareholders point of view...
i have previously stated why i think this to be the case...
just breaking up the budgetted amount for "evaluation" of "potential" new projects from the intended capital raising, is way too much for this current stage of the company...
it wouldve been better if they simply stated that they would like to raise a couple mill in order to be operational for the next couple of years, whilst the existing projects play out... picking up the money they are now after would seem more responsible if it was for an actual acquisition transaction..
unfortunately whn has previously not delivered enough so some (or perhaps many) existing holders are possibly rather apprehensive when reading such open ended reasoning for cash-calls...
i have already asked in a general sense, what can existing shareholders look forward to in regards to the recently announcement share rights issue (in terms of growth/return) ?
but no-one has really bothered to answer that question sufficiently...
if people donot like chat forums, perhaps they should not frequent them...
