Welcome to the penny dreadfull end of the market Mon , if you take up the rights you have a chance to benefit on AWE proceeding with JV if you don't you may miss out but you may also be thankfull. However whoever ends up with the shares at whatever price, still faces all the risks going forward.

Of course If shareholders took up all rights then there would be no shortfall to place, if they don't then there will be and somone else may take them.

Now if you think someone is going to get a bargain because you think the future is bright then buy on the market now if you think they might get a steal on you, it may be the low or it may not.

Such is life ,decisions, place your bet or not.
