Great post Frogster and thanks for sharing, no conspiracy crap just a good summary of the reallity of the current market following having made the effort to speak with management. It is a very difficult time for many small Companies and their shareholders , a lot are between a rock and a hard place.

The bottom line is if you don't think Management are doing the best for the Company then either get out or if not and you think everything is done for the "Boys" then back it up with sound evidence and instead of hiding behind the anonymity of a chat site and confront Management with your concerns...not take the cowards approach and spread unsubstantiated inuendo on HC.
